in a rut since we got back to wilmington.
i've been making to-do lists, then not doing them.
i've been pumping myself full of coffee.
i've been watching youtube videos.
i've been learning crochet.
i've been getting pretty excited about crochet.
i've been drinking a lot of water.
we've been watching game of thrones.
and also, say yes to the dress.
i've been writing in my journals & planners.
i've been wanting to blog about said journals & planners.
i've been running & working out & stretching.
i've been playing around with some routines.
i've been waiting by the mail box.
i've been procrastinating.
i've been waking up early THIS WEEK.
i've been sleeping until noon the other weeks.
that's a small peek at what i've been doing lately.

I've been in a major rut the last 6 months. I need to do something about it. I hope you get out of yours soon.
It sounds like you've found a way to still be productive during your rut with working out and planning and doing hobbies, so that's good! Taking it easy every now and then is definitely okay though. I have to tell myself that quite a bit.
"i've been making to-do lists, then not doing them."
MY LIFE! I am glad I am in good company with that one!
"I've been pumping myself full of coffee" - me too, sister. I'm pretty sure that is the only way to survive. At least you're drinking a lot of water to stay hydrated! (Something I'm having to consciously remind myself to do.)
Hmm... I wanna hear about the journals and planners!! And coffee and tea are pretty much my sole companions right now, especially in this snow storm.
it's not snowing here, but i've been consuming a CRAZY amount of coffee recently. it's reminding me of my high school days, when i used to drink it a pot at a time. that is WAY too much.
i think next week i'm going to really buckle down & bust out the planners/journals post :) i'm excited about it!
unfortunately, i've really fallen off the bandwagon with the water since i wrote that. my diet is definitely leaving something to be desired!
oh you are, trust me. i hate un-crossed-off to-do lists, but that's what i've been filling my planner full of so far this year. oh well, we must keep soldiering on!
i do too. i always feel guilty when i don't do what i had set out to do that morning. i'm trying to be a little easier on myself & allow some leeway.
thank you. best of luck getting out of yours as well.
