glasses on a bookshelf - from our trip to nashville in early december
C U R R E N T L Y . . .
R E A D I N G Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone. I'm pretty sure I'm going to finish it this week, & then I will work on finishing Harry Potter & History. I'm trying to read two books per month this year.
W R I T I N G in each component of my Organizational Suite, which I plan to share more about this week.
L I S T E N I N G to hum & whir of the ceiling fan. We've had quite the lazy morning, & I am typing this as I sit against a pile of pillows in bed.
T H I N K I N G that I'm ready to get on the ball this week! Due to the go-go-go nature of our 17-day trip home to Shreveport, I gave myself this past week off to relax & gear up for a productive rest-of-January. Well, as it turns out, a little too much of a good thing turns it into a bad thing. I feel like the laziest person on Earth. To top it all off, I also have been eating whatever I want & not working out. This has illuminated for me that there is definitely a balance to be sought out - living this way is not fun. I can't wait to get back into a healthy, productive routine.
S M E L L I N G nothing, really. When I finish this post, though, we are heading up to Sawmill for brunch, & ever since we decided that, I can practically taste the hashbrown casserole.
W I S H I N G I had been more productive last week. Though I did get some things done, I certainly can't claim too much. That feels like such a waste of time to me.
H O P I N G there is plenty of coffee at Sawmill - I feel like I could use a vat of the stuff today.
W E A R I N G scrub pants & neon pink Bayou State Therapy shirt.
L O V I N G watching Say Yes to the Dress recently. Justin has been watching it with me, & they added a whole bunch of new episodes to Netflix. Cue lack of productivity last week.
W A N T I N G to choose a new series to dive into with Justin after we finish SYTTD. Any suggestions? Shows we've loved in the past include Nip/Tuck, The Office, Mad Men, Dawson's Creek...
N E E D I N G to go eat, to pick up cleaning supplies, to clean the house, to read, to write, to make productive plans for the week...
F E E L I N G quite hungry, which is amazing, since I haven't really allowed myself to feel that way all week.
C L I C K I N G Real Simple's When-to-Wash-It Handbook.

I love your love for HP. I am going through withdrawls having not watched or read it in over a week! I found a British copy of HP4 from the library store!
I feel you with the working out! I've been slacking so much, which doesn't bode well for the rest of the year...
Now I am clicking the when to wash it handbook!
Linking up for the first time and I love this! I need to start re-reading the Harry Potter series again. I just need to drop the dough to get it on my kindle!
Isn't it just great to relax at home after being on the move? I love that feeling. :)
I can't wait to see your organizational suite!
I love Say Yes To The Dress too! The different types of beautiful dresses, how brides stand on their ground when it comes to a dress they love but hated by entourage.
We recently watched The Fall and it was really intense but so good! Also wonderful is Gavin & Stacey it is a show I can watch over and over and never get tired of it.
