a lovely little weekend.

i'm not going to lie:
i've been extremely spoiled this weekend.

i've had starbucks three days in a row.
and today, we got it for free.
but don't worry -
i have nearly cried tears of thankfulness
at these pops through that beloved, caffeine-laden drive through.
the privilege of this situation is not lost on me.

other delicacies we've enjoyed on this road trip weekend
include strawberry banana smoothies from cafe brava,

authentic japanese fare at genki,

& the most delicious mexican lunch at azteca.

and don't even get me started on the caramel popcorn & cherry coke
we enjoyed while seeing 21 jump street at the carmike theater.

or the home cooked buffet we experienced at mccall's,
complete with steaming fruit cobblers & soft-serve ice cream.

but food wasn't the only main event; there was also shopping.
pfgs, button-ups, & sweaters for justin.
neon, dresses, feather & arrow earrings, & spring time sandals for me.

and all of those lovely little events, as well as some others,
have brought me to now... sitting on the couch with justin,
watching florida baseball, enjoying a glass of wine,
and biding my time until i hit the gym...

happy, happy sunday!

How did you get free Starbucks?! I'm super jealous. That's a serious treat. Not to mention you had it 3 days in a row! That's an A+ weekend in my book.

Free Starbucks...always fantastic! I just became a gold member at Starbucks this week...not sure if that's a good thing or not. :)

I've had to back off on the frequent Starbucks visits myself, so I understand your excitement with multiple visits in a few days! My boyfriend and I are going on a trip at the end of May and I'm already counting on many Sbux stops. :)

the back and forth.

Justin had to turn on the air conditioner again last night.  It's October 26 - doesn't that mean the heater can stay on? Doesn't...
